1. Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the dewaxx Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free-spin allocation, cashback, or similar incentive awarded by dewaxx.
• "Company" refers to dewaxx and its authorized operating entities.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot title, live dealer session, sports-betting market, lottery draw (including togel — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), or other wagering product offered through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Company.
• "Platform" means the dewaxx website, mobile-optimized site, and any associated applications accessed via dewaxx.cam.
• "Rupiah / IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transaction currency on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the timezone used for all operational and support purposes by dewaxx.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the dewaxx Platform. By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you are 21 or older. dewaxx reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close an Account where underage gambling is suspected.

2.2 Residency

The Platform is operated for users located in Indonesia. You confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before playing.

2.3 Personal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Persons who have been self-excluded from dewaxx or any affiliated platform, or who have been barred by a competent authority from participating in online gaming, are not eligible to hold an Account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may register and operate only one Account. If dewaxx discovers that a Player has created multiple Accounts (whether under the same or different personal details), all duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice. Any balances, winnings, or bonuses associated with the duplicate Account(s) will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card), date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify dewaxx immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. dewaxx will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account credentials.

3.4 Account Closure

dewaxx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Mandatory Verification

Account verification is mandatory for all Players before the first withdrawal is processed. dewaxx may also require verification at any stage if there are grounds to suspect fraud, underage access, or money laundering.

4.2 Accepted Documents

Acceptable identity documents for Indonesian Players include:

• KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) — Indonesian National Identity Card
• SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) — Indonesian Driving Licence
• Passport — valid government-issued international passport

Proof of address documents (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) must be dated within three months of submission. A selfie holding the identity document may also be requested.

4.3 Processing Time

Under normal conditions, KYC verification is completed within 1–24 hours on business days. During peak periods — such as immediately after Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri or Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — processing may take up to 48 hours. You will receive email confirmation upon approval or rejection.

4.4 Refusal and Appeals

If submitted documents are rejected, dewaxx will inform you of the reason and allow one opportunity to resubmit. Repeated failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and return of the deposited balance via the original payment method.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dewaxx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallets are credited to your Account within minutes of confirmed bank receipt. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and vary by payment method. Deposits must or iginate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned less any applicable processing fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours during standard business hours (WIB). Withdrawals are paid exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the dewaxx Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 and the maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100.000.000, unless a higher limit has been confirmed in writing for VIP account holders.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance (bonus credits are non-withdrawable).
• No open fraud investigation or account review is pending.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the dewaxx Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). dewaxx does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the player's side (e.g., international card fees) are the player's sole responsibility.

5.6 Fees

dewaxx does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees independently. dewaxx has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment fees.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by dewaxx are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant offer before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games contribute 10%–20%. The specific game-contribution table is displayed in the Promotions section of your Account.

6.3 Maximum Bet Rule

While an active bonus is attached to your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per transaction is Rp 50.000. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of related winnings.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not claimed within the offer window, or wagering requirements not met within the validity period specified in the offer, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without exception.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

dewaxx operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements (e.g., wagering on opposing outcomes), and exploiting technical errors. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, all associated bonuses and winnings will be voided and the Account(s) will be closed.

6.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers

dewaxx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will be governed by the terms in force at the time of their claim.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Availability

dewaxx reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any Game from the Platform at any time. Game availability may vary based on maintenance schedules, provider licensing, or regulatory requirements. No compensation is payable where a Game is suspended or removed.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each Game carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the Game interface before play commences. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand applicable limits before placing any wager.

7.3 Settled Bets

Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the dewaxx system, it is binding and may not be amended or cancelled by the Player. The Company's decision on the settlement of all bets, including the application of any applicable rules or circumstances, is final.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a Game, dewaxx reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes to the relevant Players. Winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

7.5 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola — Indonesian-market sports wagering), BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other leagues — are governed by specific sportsbook rules available in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets follow the standard accumulator rules published therein.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dewaxx Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with Games or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation in connection with any sports-betting market on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of the Platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

dewaxx is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available free of charge to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Limit the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the dewaxx Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the exclusive property of dewaxx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without express written consent from dewaxx is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranties

The dewaxx Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewaxx makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11.2 Liability Cap

In no event shall dewaxx's aggregate liability to any Player, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Exclusions

dewaxx shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits or winnings attributable to technical malfunction; (b) interruption of service due to maintenance, force majeure, or third-party infrastructure failure; (c) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform; (d) unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

11.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and that you participate at your own discretion and risk. dewaxx encourages all Players to set personal limits and to seek help if gaming ceases to be an enjoyable recreational activity.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are governed by the dewaxx Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support.
• Data is stored using bank-grade SSL encryption and is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support.
• Data retention periods comply with applicable international regulatory requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

dewaxx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, dewaxx will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's international operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override any applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions.

14.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the dewaxx Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. dewaxx will use reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve complaints within 14 business days.

14.3 Formal Dispute Procedure

Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution procedure set out by the Company's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided upon request.

14.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
